By downloading, installing, or using ExonVPN, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ExonVPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet connection and routes your traffic through our secure servers. The Service is designed to enhance your online privacy and security.

3. Account Registration

Your account is automatically created using your device's Android ID. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service for any of the following purposes:

Any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws.
Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful software.
Sending unsolicited commercial messages (spam).
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems or networks.
Child exploitation, harassment, or any form of illegal content distribution.
Copyright infringement or intellectual property theft.
Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers.

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

6. Subscription & Payments

ExonVPN may offer free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are processed through Google Play. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by Google Play's terms and policies. You may manage your subscription through Google Play's subscription settings.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by GridlockOnline and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRIDLOCKONLINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming, United States.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
